Step 3 - Splatter on Vibrant Colors: Tap on any color bubble from the massive sliding palette grid. Then, click or tap inside any blank white space on the character outline to fill it instantly with beautiful pigment.
Step 4 - Add Cool Effects and Save: Embellish your design with glowing neon accents or fun background shades. Once your artwork is complete, tap the virtual Save/Camera button to download your masterpiece straight to your device to share with friends for free!
